In “Clackamas Chinook Texts”, page 562, wátuɬ čúkčan (‘fire wagon’) is the Clackamas-language term for a ‘railroad train’.

This is clearly borrowed from Chinuk Wawa’s páya-t’síkt’sik!

Or more exactly, loan-translated from CW in a direct “calque” of the meanings of the two Jargon words.

The more you look at the Indigenous languages of the Pacific Northwest, the more you can find of this kind of hidden Chinook Jargon influence.
