1886: Howdy from Muck-A-Muck, Texas!
The “classic Chinook” strikes again, this time in Texas!
Muck-a-Muck is the name of a new post-office [i.e. town] in Texas, and in all probabilities it has been started by a Puget Sounder, as Muck-a-Muck is classic Chinook and means “grub.”
