MYSTERY: what edition of what dictionary is this?

Hey, Chinook crowd! Can we crowdsource an answer here?

Which Chinook Jargon dictionary (and which edition of it) are the following from?

title page verso

“Numericals” on page 13

Didactic dialogues, page 21

I suspect these are from some early edition of Blanchet’s dictionary published in Portland, Oregon by SJ McCormick.

But I truly don’t know.

The images came to me without any identifying information.

𛰅𛱁‌𛰃𛱂 𛰙𛱁𛱆‌𛰅𛱁 𛰃𛱄𛰙‌𛰃𛱄𛰙? qʰáta mayka tə́mtəm?
kata maika tumtum? Qu’en penses-tu?
What do you think?
And can you say it in Chinuk Wawa?
