1902, BC: Chinese Pidgin English + Chinook Jargon, again

Again in the frontier(-ish) era, West Coast-style Chinese Pidgin English was closely associated with Chinuk Wawa.

The CPE here is pretty accurate, for instance in lacking prepositions. We often find that Settlers had high CPE skills. 

Here for extra political satire effect, we get some dog Latin. Shades of “the classical Chinook”!
