Klaska komtaks tanki wam iht man kopa Nikola iaka
‘They know last year this one guy at Nicola’iskom wiski, pi iaka chako saliks pi iaka
‘got hold of some booze, then got mad and’mamuk pu iaka kluchmin, pi iaka wiht mamuk
‘shot his woman, then also’pu iaka itluil.
‘shot himself.’
Thank you very much for bringing up “iaka itluil” (yaka itlhwil). That’s a very useful construction, a good way to say “himself/herself”. It makes it clear that an action was done to (against) someone’s own body.
